How The Ad Monkey collects, uses and looks after information you share with the studio.

Who we are
The Ad Monkey is a marketing-first creative studio at 106/1 Park Road, Laxman Chowk, Dehradun 248001. For anything in this policy, write to hello@theadmonkey.com or call +91 863 035 6593.
What we collect
When you send a brief through the contact form, we receive the name, email, brand, the work you say you need, and the message you write. If you call, WhatsApp or email us instead, we keep the details of that conversation so we can reply.
The site also collects ordinary technical logs through our host — things like browser type, pages viewed and approximate location — so the site stays up and we can see what is breaking.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer you, to scope work, to send a proposal, and to deliver the project if we work together. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other studios for their marketing.
Who else sees it
Contact-form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. Email, phone and WhatsApp run on those providers’ networks. If a project needs a contractor (film, development, media buying), we share only what that job requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not take on are cleared within twelve months. Client files stay for as long as the work, invoicing and any legal hold require, then they are deleted or archived.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — unless we still need it to finish work or keep accounts. Email hello@theadmonkey.com and we will come back to you.
